Canada Toner – Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping Terms

  • Flat Rate: $9.95 CAD for all orders within Canada.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100 CAD (before tax), shipped via ground courier with tracking and email notifications.

  • Delivery Time: 1–5 business days.

  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) typically ship the same day.


Warehouse Locations

We ship from multiple warehouses to ensure fast delivery:

  • Canada: Montreal (QC), Mississauga (ON), Vancouver (BC)

  • USA (for US orders only): New York, Houston, Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale


Shipping Times & Order Processing

  • 90% of orders are processed and shipped the same business day.

  • Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Fridays or during weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Expect delivery within 1–5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note: High volume during promotional periods may cause 24–48 hour delays.


Remote, Rural, and Special Location Shipping Fees

Special shipping fees may apply to:

  • Northwest Territories

  • Remote areas in Yukon, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, and Ontario

  • Farms, PO Boxes, General Delivery Addresses

Tracking and Delivery Issues

  • Tracking Numbers: Sent via email after shipping. You can also log into your account at www.canadatoner.ca to track your order.

  • Tracking Not Working? Please allow 1–2 business days for carrier updates. If no information appears after that, contact our support team.

  • Split Shipments: Orders may arrive in multiple boxes, especially if sourced from different warehouses or based on size/weight restrictions.


Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Damaged Deliveries:

    • Report within 5 business days.

    • Email photos of the damaged packaging and item to: [email protected].

    • We will file a claim with the courier and replace the product at no cost.

  • Missing Items:

    • Check your packing slip and tracking numbers.

    • Inspect all packaging thoroughly for small items.

    • If still missing, email [email protected] or call us.

  • Duplicate Orders:

    • If you suspect a duplicate order, contact Customer Service immediately.

    • We allow returns for duplicate shipments with a full refund, less shipping charges.

  • Shipping Claims Window:

    • Claims for missing items or incorrect deliveries must be made within 3 days of delivery.


Additional Shipping Policies

  • No Pickups Available:
    Due to our automated logistics system, local pickup is not available.

  • International Shipping:
    We do not ship internationally — shipping is limited to Canada and the USA.

  • COD Orders:
    Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available due to high handling costs.
